M3 views mindfulness as awareness. We choose to keep it simple. By using a variety of techniques and modalities to appeal to most, our users benefit from our goal of attentively redirecting mental focus to the present moment. Creating an established, clear and productive mindset results in a positive work environment.

Movement

Freedom In the Body

M3 believes physical movement creates freedom. A combination of stretches and simple movements with progressive breath work brings the mind/body connection to a new level of energetic performance. These methods conserve time while oxygenating and mobilizing the body and therefore maximizing mental and physical stamina. In addition, there is a decrease of absenteeism, fatigue, brain fog and risk of injury, while keeping things like depression and anxiety at bay. Our goal is to meet you in the middle of the day when you are most likely at your lowest point mentally and physically, and return you at your best.

Meditation

Inhale Here, Exhale Now

M3 feels the peace of meditation practice creates mental space and creativity. By allowing the mind to unwind, let go and become clear, one can feel at ease to freely generate ideas with less strain. Through breathing techniques, visualizations and various tools, the mind is able to release what is no longer necessary in the moment and find space. In this space, there is freedom to expand their awareness, thus increasing concentration, mental clarity, and rejuvenation.
